You Are Not Alone
Have you ever felt like life is just a loop of distractions, but you're watching from the sidelines?
Stress, fatigue, emotional procrastination, and a lack of motivation—without the drive to move forward—impact more people than you might think. If you're feeling this way, know that you are not alone.
Recently, I've noticed many people around me struggling with the same challenges. This inspired me to dive deeper, researching how common these feelings really are.
One article I came across stated that 7 out of 10 people experience this, making it clear that this is more than just an individual struggle—it’s a silent mental health crisis affecting so many.
Scrolling through online discussions, I saw two posts that resonated deeply:
"Constantly distracted and wasting my life away."
"Everyone is distracting themselves. No one wants a purpose anymore."
These words highlight a painful truth—we never intended to become our own obstacles, but somehow, we've evolved into this mindset. We've forgotten that there is a life beyond our thoughts.
We are our own biggest roadblock—holding ourselves back from a more fulfilling, purpose-driven, and joyful life.
Overthinking becomes “pathological,” or maladaptive, when we get stuck in cycles of negative or anxiety-provoking thoughts. But awareness is the first step—by recognizing these patterns, we open the door to change.
If this resonates with you, know that there is hope. You are not alone, and there is a way forward.
My name is Nikita, and I will make sure those who feel like they're alone has place to feel seen.
